The F45 Challenge is a 45-day fitness program designed to help participants achieve their health and fitness goals through a combination of functional training, nutrition guidance, and community support.
Who can participate in the Challenge?
The Challenge is open to anyone, regardless of fitness level. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, the program can be tailored to meet your needs.
What kind of workouts are included?
During the Challenge you have access to our signature 45-minute functional training sessions, which include a mix of cardio, strength, and hybrid classes. In case you can't make it to the studio, you can even perform the workout at home with the F45 Training App.
How often should I attend classes?
It’s recommended to attend at least 4-5 classes per week to maximize results. However, listen to your body and adjust based on your fitness level.
Do I need prior fitness experience to join?
Not at all! Our trainers will guide you through each workout and provide modifications if needed.
Is there a meal plan included?
Yes! The Challenge includes access to a comprehensive meal plan tailored to your goals, whether it's fat loss, muscle gain, or overall health improvement. The meal plan offers options for various dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and more.
How are results tracked?
Participants have access to body composition scans and fitness assessments to track their transformation throughout the Challenge.
What is the InBody Scan?
As part of your sign-up, you’ll also book your initial InBody scan, which provides a detailed breakdown of your body composition. This scan helps set a benchmark for your progress and allows you to track improvements throughout the Challenge.
How do I sign up for the Challenge?
Once you purchase the Challenge Pack on this website, you will receive instructions on downloading and registering in the F45 Training App. In the App you can book your workouts and also schedule your scans.
